Pilav of multigrain rice with grilled chipolata
Bring the flavors of India into your home with this pilaf of kale, pumpkin pieces, beef chipolata and almond shavings.

Clean the onions and cut finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, pumpkin, vadouvan and salt for 5 minutes on low heat.

Stir in the kale, rice and salt, pour in the water and bring to the boil. Cook over medium heat with the lid on the pan for 20 minutes.

Stir frequently.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the almonds in 6 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the chipolata sausage in 8 min. Around golden brown and done.

Sprinkle the pilav with the almonds and serve the sausages.
