Turkey meatballs with curry gravy
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, parsley, raw ham, ginger balls (pot), turkey minced meat, salt and pepper, butter, curry powder and cream culinary (cook cream package a 2 dl).

Parsley finely cut.

Cut the ham into strips.

Ginger cutting.

Mix parsley, ham and ginger with turkey mince.

Season with salt and pepper.

Make 20 small balls of minced meat.

Heat butter in frying pan and bake balls for about 10 minutes around brown and cooked.

Remove balls from the pan and keep warm.

Crush curry powder, cream and 1 dl of water through cooking fat.

Bring to the boil completely and loosen loafs well.

Serve with baked potatoes and broccoli..
