Spring quiche with salami, pointed pepper and herbs
Homemade quiche with peppers, spring onion, parsley, chives, salami and cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Grease the spring form. Lay the dough slices together and roll out into a round slice. Line the spring form with the dough.

Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and seed molds and cut the flesh into wafer thin strips.

Cut the salad onion into rings. Cut the parsley coarsely and the chives fine. Cut the salami into wafer thin strips.
