Stew with mint sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ribs ((465 g), in cubes of 2 x 2 cm), thin bacon strips (a 250 g), butter, onions (in half rings), celery (in pieces), winter carrots ( in slices), mushrooms ((250 g), halved), silver onions (a 340 g), beef broth tablet, potatoes (firm, peeled), mint ((15 g), only the leaves) and extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients
- 1 Scale rib (465 g), in blocks of 2 x 2 cm
- Duopack thin bacon strips a 250 g
- 25 g butter
- 2 onions in half rings
- 3 stems celery in pieces
- 200 g winter carrot in slices
- 1 tray mushrooms (250 g), halved
- Little pot silver onion a 340 g
- 1 beef broth tablet
- 4 potatoes solid, peeled
- 1 tray fresh mint (15 g), only the leaves
- 4 el extra virgin olive oil

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Fry the bacon in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Add the butter and fry the meat in brown for 3 minutes. Fry the onion, celery, carrot and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the onions with 100 ml of liquid from the jar, 750 ml of water and the bouillon tablet. Heat to below the boiling point. Let stew for 4 hours without a lid on low heat.

Cut the potato into cubes. Add and simmer for 30 minutes. Puree the fresh mint and oil with the hand blender and season with salt and pepper. Serve the stew with the mint sauce.
