Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Finely chop the garlic and half of the mushrooms in coarse pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and mushrooms over medium heat for 5 minutes until they turn light brown.

Now hand in hand the spinach (keep 2 hands spinach apart) with the mushrooms, keep shoveling everything.

Stir the cream cheese through the spinach mushroom mixture and season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Spoon the spinach sauce with the spinach left behind over the tagliatelle and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Serve immediately.
