Directions

  1. Clean the peppers and cut them into small pieces. Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pepper on a low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the butter in another frying pan and fry the schnitzels for 6 minutes. Mix the lettuce with the dressing.
  4. Cut the tomatoes finely and stir in the pepper mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the cutlets with lettuce, French fries and pepper sauce.
