Mini pizzas with roquefort
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mix for pizza bottom (à 450 g), olive oil, roquefort (cheese service department), freshly ground pepper and anchovy fillets in olive oil (about 50 g).

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC or gas mark 5.

Mix the pizza dough with 1 tablespoon of oil and water according to the dough kneading instructions.

Make a large piece of dough and put 12 rounds out of it.

Cut the cheese into slices and distribute them over the bottom.

Sprinkle with the remaining oil and sprinkle with pepper.

Spread anchovy fillets over pizzas.
