Indian cod dish
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet (a ca. 225 g), sunflower oil, stir-fry vegetable mix (400 g), A-pieces (potatoes, 450 g), Indian curry sauce Korma (400 ml), naan bread with dried tomatoes (Indian bread, `120 g)) and salted marcona almonds (a 110 g).

Cut cod into 2 cm pieces.

Heat oil in large frying pan.

Vegetables for about 2 minutes.

Add potato wedges and curry sauce and simmer for approx.

7 minutes.

Add the fish and cook gently for about 5 minutes without stirring.

Meanwhile, heat flat bread according to instructions.

Chop the almonds coarsely.

Season the Indian dish with salt and pepper and garnish with almonds.

Serve with flat bread..
