Indian cod dish


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet (a ca. 225 g), sunflower oil, stir-fry vegetable mix (400 g), A-pieces (potatoes, 450 g), Indian curry sauce Korma (400 ml), naan bread with dried tomatoes (Indian bread, `120 g)) and salted marcona almonds (a 110 g).

Directions

  1. Cut cod into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Heat oil in large frying pan.
  3. Vegetables for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add potato wedges and curry sauce and simmer for approx.
  5. 7 minutes.
  6. Add the fish and cook gently for about 5 minutes without stirring.
  7. Meanwhile, heat flat bread according to instructions.
  8. Chop the almonds coarsely.
  9. Season the Indian dish with salt and pepper and garnish with almonds.
  10. Serve with flat bread..
