Kofta in tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, garlic and traditional olive oil.

Chop ⅓ from the onion and cut the other in half rings. Slice the parsley and press the garlic.

Mix half of the chopped onion and half of the parsley, garlic, cinnamon and cumin through the minced meat.

Season with salt and pepper. Shape 2 chopped treads per person (kofta).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the kofta in brown for 3 minutes.

Remove the rest of the chopped onion from the pan and fruit in the remaining shortening. Add the rest of the parsley and the tomato cubes.

Place the kofta in the tomato sauce and simmer with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings in 3-4 min. Soft and light brown. Cut the aubergine into half slices.

Remove the onion rings from the pan and fry the aubergine in the remaining shortening in 5 minutes brown and done.

Add the onion rings and season with the oregano, pepper and salt.

Divide the kofta, tomato sauce and eggplant over plates and serve with the rice.
