Penne with tuna sauce and broccoli salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne rigate (tube paste, bag of 500 g), broccoli florets (300 g), eggs, tuna moot in olive oil (a 160 g), red pepper, yellow pepper, olive oil, (balsamic vinegar) and crème fraîche (200 ml).

Cook Penne according to instructions.

Broccoli in 7 min.

Cook al dente and rinse with cold water.

Eggs in 10 min.

Hard boiling.
-
Drain the tuna and divide into pieces.

Clean peppers, cut red peppers into strips and cut yellow bell peppers.

Dressing stirring of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Boil eggs with cold water, peel them and chop them roughly.

Mix the broccoli, yellow pepper, eggs and dressing.

Drain the penne and mix in red pepper with crème fraîche, tuna and most of the red pepper and heat for a short while.

Season with salt and pepper.

Distribute Penne over four plates and garnish with the rest of red peppers.

Serve with broccoli salad..
