South american rump steak salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, iceberg lettuce (with garden herbs (200 g)), corn kernels (300 g), kidney beans (400 g), cherry tomatoes (250 g), South American rump steak (a ca. 300 g), liquid margarine, honey-mustard dressing (100 g) and tortilla chips (nacho cheese (a 150 g)).

Spread out four plates.

Let corn and kidney beans drain and distribute over lettuce.

To clean, halve and distribute over lettuce.

Heat margarine in frying pan.

Rump steak in 4-5 min.

Rosé, half-turn.

Sprinkle steak with herbs (out of packaging).
-
Leave the steak rested for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle dressing over salad.
-
Cut the steak into strips and distribute it over a salad.

Garnish with tortilla chips..
