Ingredients
- 200 gram Creme de Brie
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 gram chicken breast in cubes
- 2 onion shredded
- 3 toe garlic in slices
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
- Freshly ground pepper and salt
- 1 deciliter cooking cream
- 250 gram mushrooms in slices
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley to garnish
- White rice
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Cook the rice on the packaging according to the instructions.

Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken breast golden brown.

Add the onions and the garlic.

Extinguish with 2.5 dl of water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes on a low heat with the lid closed.

Add the rosemary, pepper and salt, 125 ml water, cooking cream, Creme de Brie and the mushrooms.

Bring to the boil while stirring, reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with the rice.
