Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. Cut the redfish fillet into 2 cm pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian herbs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish in 8 minutes until tender and brown. Carefully turn.

Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices and knife with the dressing.

Scoop the fish, spring onion and crème fraîche through the penne. Serve with the tomato salad.
