Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the saté 15 minutes in hot water.

Clean the leeks and peppers. Cut the leek into rings and paprika into strips. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the vegetables for 3 minutes.

Add the Bumbu spice (for nasi herb goreng) and cook for 3 minutes with stirring. Spoon the boiled rice through it and let the nasi spice through and warm up.

Serve the nasi herbs with satésticks, atjar and krupuk.
