Shoarma sandwiches with vegetable balls and carrot oranges salad


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: carrots julienne (150 g), orange juice, garlic (peeled), Greek yogurt (cup a 500 g), olive oil, vegetable balls (a 210 g), shoarma breads (8 pieces) and iceberg lettuce (200 g) ).

Directions

  1. Marinate the carrot strips in the orange juice.
  2. Squeeze out half a piece of garlic over the salad and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Squeeze out the other half of the yogurt, mix and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan with a non-stick coating and fry the vegetable balls in 4-5 minutes.
  5. Roast the shawarma rolls in the toaster.
  6. Cut open the buns, top them with iceberg lettuce and the vegetarian balls.
  7. Garnish each roll with a spoonful of garlic yoghurt.
  8. Stir in the rest of the garlic yogurt with the rest of the oil and a tablespoon of water and scoop through the rest of the iceberg lettuce.
  9. Serve the shawarma sandwiches with the carrot-orange salad and the iceberg lettuce..
