Shoarma sandwiches with vegetable balls and carrot oranges salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: carrots julienne (150 g), orange juice, garlic (peeled), Greek yogurt (cup a 500 g), olive oil, vegetable balls (a 210 g), shoarma breads (8 pieces) and iceberg lettuce (200 g) ).

Marinate the carrot strips in the orange juice.

Squeeze out half a piece of garlic over the salad and add salt and pepper to taste.

Squeeze out the other half of the yogurt, mix and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan with a non-stick coating and fry the vegetable balls in 4-5 minutes.

Roast the shawarma rolls in the toaster.

Cut open the buns, top them with iceberg lettuce and the vegetarian balls.

Garnish each roll with a spoonful of garlic yoghurt.

Stir in the rest of the garlic yogurt with the rest of the oil and a tablespoon of water and scoop through the rest of the iceberg lettuce.

Serve the shawarma sandwiches with the carrot-orange salad and the iceberg lettuce..
