Meatballs with sweet and sour sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced meat (half-to-half), butter, pickles of sweet acid (a 340 g), ketchup, dark brown caster sugar, sliced endive (400 g), garlic (pressed) and mashed potatoes (fresh with butter (a 450 g)).

Roll the minced meat with salt and pepper into small balls.

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan, fry the meatballs around brown.

Drain the silver onion and collect the moisture.

Add the onions with 4 tbsp of water to the meatballs.

Add the ketchup and caster sugar and bring it to a boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer the meatballs with the lid on the pan for 10-12 minutes.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan.

Add the endive and let it simmer for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Change regularly.

Add the garlic and salt and pepper and continue to heat for 1-2 minutes.

Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Divide the mashed potatoes over 4 plates and spoon the meatballs with the sweet and sour sauce and the endive..
