Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the bok choy into strips.

Chop the onion and divide the fish into pieces (per person 1 piece).

Keep half of the pak choi and divide the rest of the paksoi over 4 sheets of aluminum foil (approx. 30 cm wide).

Put a piece of fish on top and sprinkle with the onion, pepper and salt. Fold the foil around the fish up and spread the coconut milk over it. Make all packages.
