Directions

  1. Well the apricots in the apple juice (this goes faster if you slightly warm apple juice to lukewarm).
  2. Cook the potatoes with salt until done in 20 minutes. Cook the sauerkraut for 10 minutes. Put the smoked sausage on it for the last 5 minutes.
  3. Roast the bacon slices in a dry hot frying pan.
  4. Drain the potatoes and mash them with the milk, deboter and salt and pepper.
  5. Put the sauerkraut and apricots through. Serve the dish with the smoked sausage and the bacon. Nice with mustard.
