Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Grease the cake tin and cover with the puff pastry. Press the dough edges together well and prick holes in the dough base with a fork. Sprinkle the dough floor with breadcrumbs.

Heat the spinach for about 2 minutes in the microwave at 800 Watt. Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic 1-2 minutes. Add the ham strips and fry them briefly.

Squeeze the spinach a little and pat dry with kitchen paper. Spoon the spinach through the ham mixture and bake for about 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.

Beat the eggs with curry powder, crème fraîche, salt and pepper. Mix in the cheese.

Spoon the spinach mixture on the dough base and pour the egg mixture over it. Fry the cake in the middle of the oven in 30-35 minutes until golden brown and done.
