Ratatouille pasta salad with vinaigrette
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ratatouille package (vegetables), olive oil, dried thyme, farfalle (bow paste, bag of 500 g), black olives, white cheese cubes and balsamic dressing (vinaigrette (bottle of 250 ml)).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Clean vegetables, cut into pieces and put them in oil-baked oven dish.

Squeeze garlic (out of package) over the dish with oil.

Add thyme (from package), dried thyme, pepper and salt and drizzle garlic oil over vegetables.

Roast vegetables in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes, halfway between them.

Cook pasta according to directions for use, rinse in colander with cold water and allow to cool.

Halve olives.
-
Crumble cheese cubes.
-
Mix pasta, vegetables, olives, cheese and dressing in large quantities.

Delicious with ciabatta bread..
