Chicken fillet with bok choy and ginger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lime (cleaned), oil, chicken breasts, whipped cream, garlic (peeled and sliced), fresh ginger root (peeled and sliced), dried chili peppers (crumbled), bok choy (or 2 small ones), stir-fry oil, fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and finely chopped).
- 1 lime cleaned up
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 chicken fillets
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and sliced
- 4 cm fresh ginger root peeled and sliced
- 1 dried chili pepper crumbled
- 1 great pak choi or 2 small ones
- 2 tablespoons stir fry oil
- Bag fresh coriander (a 15 g), finely chopped
Cut thin lime peel with knife.
Heat oil in frying pan and chicken breasts around brown bowls.
Put low heat and pour whipped cream into pan.
Spread lime peel, garlic, ginger and chili pepper around chicken.
Put lid on pan and fry chicken in sauce in 8-10 min.
Clean paksoi and cut into pieces of about 2 cm.
Heat up in stir-frying pan oil and cook in a cup for about 3-4 minutes.
Put chicken fillets on four warm plates.
Sift the sauce up through a sieve and season with salt and pepper.
Donate chicken fillets.
Sprinkle coriander over it.
Place Paksoi next to it.
Delicious with pandan rice..
