Sherry fondue with yellow rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, yellow rice (pack a 325 g), beef broth (or chicken broth, from tablet), medium dry sherry, garlic (finely chopped), red pepper (in rings) and spring onions (in rings).

Boil rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Bring to the boil in fondue pot stock with sherry, garlic, red pepper and spring onions. Put low heat and simmer with stock on pan for 5 min. Put the fondue pan, rice and bowls of dip snacks on the table. Stir into the fondue fork every time and let it cook in sherry stock. After the meal spread rice over four bowls and pour stock.

To cook in the broth: - 'paella skewers' of fruits de mer, zucchini and diced chicken fillet - king prawns or cocktail shrimp - spicy meatballs - slices of tenderloin with serrano ham - slices of Catalan sausages (dish of 6 pieces, AH) - pieces of red and green pepper - cherry - quarter slices of zucchini - small florets of broccoli - leaves of spinach.
