Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package.

Cook the green beans in 8 minutes until al dente. Well off and put back in the pan.

Drain the tuna, divide the fish into pieces and scoop through the green beans.

Grate the lemon and squeeze the fruit into a bowl. Squeeze the garlic over the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the peppers horizontally in half. Drain the macaroni and add the lemon and green beans mixture and mix.

Divide the lemon paste over the plates and garnish with peppers.
