Lamb schnitzels in yoghurt-orange marinade
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, orange (scrubbed), yoghurt (full), garlic (finely chopped), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), tandoori spices and lamb à la minute.

Peel thinly grated from orange and press fruit. Mix yogurt with orange zest, orange juice, garlic, ginger and tandoori herbs to a marinade in a low dish. Place lamb in marinade and shovel a few times. Cover dish and marinate meat in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut meat a few times.

Remove lamb from marinade and drain. Cook meat on well greased griddle or grill topper on both sides for 2 to 3 min. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Delicious with mango chutney, basmati rice and Indian spiced eggplant.
