Spicy tofu with coriander couscous

Boil the green beans in plenty of boiling water with salt for 8 minutes. Drain and put back in the pan. Slice the garlic and onion. Grate the lemon peel.

Slice the coriander. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onion 3 min.

Add the garlic and lemon zest and cook for 2 minutes. Mix half of the mixture with the green beans and heat for 5 minutes.

Add the tofu and the rest of the mixture to the pan and bake for 3 minutes. Then add the wok sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.

Mix the couscous with half the coriander and season with salt and pepper. Divide the plates and scoop the tofu and beans next to it.

Sprinkle the rest of the coriander over the tofu.
