Sausages with sauce of sundried tomatoes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sundried tomatoes (280 g), shallots (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), tomato puree (70 g), sugar, olive oil, pig chipolata (sausages, a 225 g), mixed salad (300 g) ), yoghurt dressing and baguette (in slices).

Let the tomatoes drain, collect the oil and keep separate. Cut the tomatoes into strips. Heat 4 tbsp of the oil of the tomatoes in a frying pan. Fry the shallot and garlic 2 min. Add the tomato puree and cook for 1 min. Add the tomato and 100 ml of water and cook on a low heat. Season the sauce with the sugar and pepper and salt.

Heat the oil in the pan and grill the sausages in 8 min. Brown and done. Times regularly. Mix the lettuce with the dressing. Divide the sausages over 4 plates, divide the tomato sauce next to it and serve with lettuce and baguette.
