Gourmet with chipolata kebabs, apple finches, mozzarella burgers, minced mushrooms and tartar stars.

Apple finches: Peel and grate the apple. Mix minced meat with apple in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into two portions per person.

Form each portion into a sausage of approx. 4 cm and wrap in slice of bacon.

Chipolata kebabs: Cut sausages each into 6 pieces. Cut the spring onion into pieces. Place 3 pieces of sausage, saturated with pieces of spring onions.

Mozzarella burgers: In a bowl, knead the ground beef with the pesto and egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the minced meat into portions.

Halve the bread roll mozzarella. Press a half ball of mozzarella into each portion and form into a nice and smooth hamburger.

Minced meat mushrooms: Mix half-to-half with the crème fraiche and the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the stem of mushrooms. Fill mushrooms with minced meat and press well, so that the mushrooms and the minced meat together form a sort of little citizen.

Tartar Stars: Mix the tartar and ketchup in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the tartar into equal portions. Express stars from the tartar mixture.

Place all types of meat on a dish until ready to use in the refrigerator. Prepare the meat in the gourmet pans.
