Stuffed turkey rolls
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey sausage, raw ham, fresh cream cheese natural, pre-cooked baby potatoes (450 g), mini carrots (round, 300 g), snow peas (cleaned) and (fresh) red pesto.

Grind the lime greens between two layers of plastic foil with a rolling pin slightly flat.

Place a slice of ham on each schnitzel and spread with cream cheese.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Roll up meat and fix with cocktail sticks or tie with kitchen rope.

Place the potatoes and carrots mixed at the bottom of the large steamer or basket.

Put on turkey rolls.

Covered fully covered for 10 minutes.

Add pea pods and steam for another 5 minutes.

Take out rolls of turkey from steamer and place on four plates.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grind vegetables in a warm dish with pesto, salt and pepper.
