Grilled sole with caper sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, white wine vinegar, fresh lettuce mix, capers (pot), slipping tongs (about 600 g) and salt and pepper.

In small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of oil and vinegar into a dressing.

Cut the herbs above it finely.

Let the capers drain and finely chop.

Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.

Slippage the dripping tongue with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and thinly coat with the rest of oil.
