Winter vegetable soup
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, broth (beef (350 ml)), penne (pasta, bag 500 g), Brussels sprouts ((a 500 g), cleaned), Provençal (lean bacon strips (250 g)), onions ( in half rings), winter carrot (in half slices) and white beans (330 g).

Dilute the broth according to the instructions on the pot. Bring to the boil, add the penne and cook until cooked in 12 min. Meanwhile, halve the sprouts.

Bake the bacon strips, scoop the onion and winter carrot and stir fry on low heat for 5 minutes. Spoon the vegetables with bacon at the soup in the pan. Add the white beans (with moisture) and bring the soup back to the boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the soup in 4 bowls.
