Seasoned minced trolls with honey sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shoarma spices, shallots (chopped), minced beef, olive oil, cayenne pepper, almond shavings (55 g), saffron and liquid honey.

shoarma herbs, half of shallots and salt and pepper to taste by chopping minced meat.

Make 16 elongated rolls from minced meat and press them down slightly.

Fry 4 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and chop trout around brown and cooked for approx.

15 minutes.

In other frying pan, rest of shallot in 2 tbsp oil gently fry.

Mix in Cayenne pepper, almond shavings and saffron.

Add honey and a few tablespoons of water and heat sauce for a short while.

Served with honey sauce serviettes, for example with couscous and cucumber mint..
