Pak choi with shrimps, shiitakes and noodles

Cook the wok noodles according to the instructions on the package and let them drain.

Meanwhile wash the bok choy and cut the shrub from the top to the stalk in strips of 2 cm wide.

Keep the green and white of the pak choi apart.

Cut the shiitakes into slices and the red onion into thin slices.

Press the garlic.

Peel and grate the ginger root.

Allow the wok to get hot and pour in the oil.

Heat the oil until light steam comes off.

Spoon the shrimps with the garlic, ginger and paprika powder and stir fry for 1 minute on high heat.

Spoon the shrimp on a plate.

Spoon the onion tarts and shiitakes through the hot oil in the stir-fry stir-fry for 1 minute.

Then add the white strips of pak choi and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Then pour in the green pak choi.

Stir fry 1 minute until the green leaves begin to shrink.

Then add the wok noodles, shrimps, soy sauce and sesame oil and heat the dish for another 2 minutes.
