Marinated shrimps with pandan rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, peeled tiger prawns (500 g frozen), red pepper, garlic, limes, spring onions, fresh coriander (15 g), sugar, pandan rice, oil and Thai fish sauce.

Directions

  1. Shrimp shrimp according to instructions. Pepper cleaning and chopping. Garlic peel and finely chop. Halve lime halves and squeeze 4 halves. Brush the onions and cut them into thin rings diagonally. Pick the leaves of coriander and roughly chop the leaves. Marinade making lime juice, sugar, pepper and garlic. Pre-marinate shrimps for 10 minutes. In the meantime prepare rice according to instructions.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan. Remove shrimps from marinade, store marinade. Shrimp dried with kitchen paper and bake for 2 minutes. Cut half limes on cutting edge with shrimps into pan and bake for approx. 2 minutes, until shrimp is nice pink and limes on cutting edge are light brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Pour marinade into short cooking pan. Add fish sauce and 3-4 tablespoons of water, stirring while stirring. Stir out rice, spring onions, coriander and shrimps. Squeeze limes at the table over the dish.
