Fish soup with paprika
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, noodles (a 250 g), roasted bell peppers (465 g), green peppers, sunflower oil, fish bouillon tablets, fish sauce (bottle of 200 ml), surimi (a 125 g) and cassava crackers (60 g) ).

Cut Mihoen into pieces and prepare according to instructions.

Mix with roasted peppers in a food processor or with a hand blender.

Clean green peppers and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in large (soup) pan.

Bake pepper pieces for approx.

3 minutes.

Stir in pepper, bouillon tablets, fish sauce and 1 liter of water and bring to the boil.

Cook the soup for about 4 minutes.

Cut the surimi into pieces.
-
Distribute Mihoen and Surimi over soup bowls.

Give soup over it.

Serve with krupuk..
