Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the fish and paprika into small pieces. Spoon the fish, paprika, garlic, whipped cream, parsley and salt and pepper to taste in the food processor. Puree the fish until everything is finely ground.
-
Spoon 12 small oval balls of the fish with a pointed large spoon and place them on a plate. Keep them in the refrigerator until use.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the fish balls around brown and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
-
Delicious with mashed potatoes and a peenjulienne salad with (ready-to-eat) mustard honey dressing. Also tasty with a fresh tomato sauce.
