Creamy penne-broccoli dish
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: wholegrain penne (pasta), broccoli (in small florets), soy cuisine (vegetarian cream substitute), fresh cream cheese with herbs, mature cheese ((30), in small cubes) and cashew nuts (coarsely chopped).
Cook the penne in 10-12 min.
Broccoli for 5 minutes, cook, drain and keep warm.
In the meantime, heat up soy cuisine, add cream cheese and stir into bound sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let Penne drain well and stir in sauce with broccoli and cheese.
Warm up well.
Pull the pancake dish on four plates and garnish with cashew nuts..
