Spaghetti in tomato cream sauce and vodka


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spaghetti, tomato cubes (400 g), bacon strips, garlic (finely chopped), dried chili pepper (crumbled), crème fraîche and vodka (liquorice).

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Puree the tomato cubes with liquid with a hand blender or in a food processor.
  3. Fry the bacon strips in a dry frying pan until crispy.
  4. Drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Put half of the bacon fat out of the pan.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and scoop the garlic, mashed tomatoes and chilli pepper through the remaining bacon fat.
  7. Put the pan back on the fire.
  8. Let the sauce reduce to about half of it on medium heat.
  9. Stir in the crème fraiche and the vodka with the tomato sauce.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Drain the spaghetti, spoon it through the sauce, spread it over four plates and sprinkle the bacon strips over it.
  12. Delicious with a rucola salad..
