Dutch stir-fry with green beans


Stir-fried baby potatoes with green beans, onion, mushrooms and cheese stuffed fillets.

Directions

  1. Halve the potatoes. Cook the half-baked potatoes for 10 minutes and the green beans for 5 minutes. Drain. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry, in this way the potatoes are golden brown and cooked for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the onions into four. After 10 minutes of stir-frying the potatoes add the onions and the mushrooms. Stir fry this 5 min.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Fry the cheese fillets according to the instructions on the package. Cut the fillets into strips. Scoop together with the green beans through the stir-fry dish.
  4. Prepare the mushroom sauce with the milk according to the instructions on the package. Serve the sauce separately.
