Stir-fry soup with surimi


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, oriental stir-fry oil (bottle of 250 ml), Chinese vegetable mix (400 g), fish stock tablets, ginger syrup (bottle of 25 cl), fish sauce (bottle of 200 ml), surimiflakes (fish, a 125 ml) and stir-fry rice (250 g).

Directions

  1. Garlic peel and chop.
  2. Heat up stir-frying oil, garlic and vegetable mix for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add 1 liter of water, bouillon tablets, ginger syrup and fish sauce.
  4. Bring completely to the boil.
  5. Meanwhile cutting surimi into pieces.
  6. Once soup boils, sprinkle rice in soup and boil for about 4 minutes.
  7. Last minute adding surimi and co-heating.
  8. Season the soup with pepper and fish sauce.
  9. Tasty with crackers..
