                                Heat the olive oil and fry the sausages in 3-4 minutes light brown. Remove them from the pan.

                                Fry the bacon cubes with the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes in the shortening. Quench the wine and let it evaporate slightly.

                                Add the tomato cubes with juice, Provençal herbs and chestnut mushrooms and leave to simmer for about 10 minutes.

                                Scoop the lentils through them, place the sausages on them and heat without cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
