Directions

  1. Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt, pepper and curry powder. Sprinkle with lemon juice, the fish will be firmer.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the cucumber and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the couscous, stock and pepper cubes. Remove the pan from the heat source and let stand for 3-4 minutes (follow the instructions on the couscous package).
  5. Heat the rest of the olive oil and fry the fish in 5 minutes until golden brown and done. Stir the couscous with a fork.
  6. Serve the couscous in a bowl and put the fish fillets on it. Sprinkle with the parsley.
