Indian stir-fry dish with prawns
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice, curry paste Tikka Masala (80 g), whole yogurt, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g), peas (400 g), pink shrimp (a 125 g) and mango chutney (a 340 g ).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Mix curry paste with 4 tablespoons yogurt.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Vegetable mix stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Peas drain.

Add curry paste to vegetables and heat for approx.

1 minute.

Add 300 ml of water while stirring.

Covered gently simmer for approx.
-
5 minutes.

Add peas, prawns and the rest of yoghurt and heat for another 3 minutes.

Season with salt.

Serving curry with rice and mango chutney..
