Indian stir-fry dish with prawns


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice, curry paste Tikka Masala (80 g), whole yogurt, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g), peas (400 g), pink shrimp (a 125 g) and mango chutney (a 340 g ).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Mix curry paste with 4 tablespoons yogurt.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan.
  4. Vegetable mix stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  5. Peas drain.
  6. Add curry paste to vegetables and heat for approx.
  7. 1 minute.
  8. Add 300 ml of water while stirring.
  9. Covered gently simmer for approx.
  10. 5 minutes.
  11. Add peas, prawns and the rest of yoghurt and heat for another 3 minutes.
  12. Season with salt.
  13. Serving curry with rice and mango chutney..
