Spaghetti with broccoli, roasted tomato and sausage

Prick the sausage here and there and sprinkle with half of the Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat around brown and cooked for about 15 minutes.

Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes in a steam basket or sieve over boiling water.

Cook the pasta, drain and collect 50 ml of the cooking liquid.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and put the tomatoes side by side.

Sprinkle with the rest of the Italian herbs and puffed for 3-4 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil with the garlic.

Spoon the broccoli through and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Spoon the spaghetti with the Parmesan cheese and a little bit of cooking liquid through it.

Cut the sausage into pieces.

Serve the spaghetti with the tomatoes and sausage.
