Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion shredded
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 125 gram smoked bacon strips
- 1 liter chicken bouillon
- 1 business suit sifted tomato
- 400 gram kidney beans leaked out, look
- 400 gram cannellini beans leaked out, look
- 2 twig rosemary
- 1 laurel leaf
- 150 gram farfalle
- 1 hand basil torn
- 1 hand Parmesan cheese grated
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Heat the olive oil in a soup pot and fry the onion and garlic for about 1 minute. Add the bacon strips and fry them crispy.

Add the stock, sieved tomatoes, all beans, rosemary and bay leaves and stir. Let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes.

Then cook the pasta in the soup for about 7 minutes. Add the basil and serve in deep plates. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese if necessary.
