Chinese pork with eggplant


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rice, fried rice, Japanese soy sauce, five spices, garlic (finely chopped), stir-fry oil, onions (chopped) and aubergines (in small cubes).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions on the packaging.
  2. Meat 10 min.
  3. In mixture of 2 tbsp soy sauce, 5 spice powder, 1 clove of garlic and pepper to taste to marinate.
  4. Fry 2 tbsp stir fry oil in frying pan.
  5. Bake golden brown.
  6. Last 2 min.
  7. Add rest of garlic and fry.
  8. Remove onion mixture with skimmer from pan.
  9. Drain the meat into the sieve and store the marinade.
  10. In shortening of onion brown cubes.
  11. Create meat from pan with skimmer.
  12. Fry the remainder of stir-frying oil in frying pan and stir-fry eggplant on high heat.
  13. Cook the meat and onion with eggplant.
  14. Add Marinade, remainder of soy sauce and possibly 2 tbsp water and leave to simmer for 5 min.
  15. Season with pepper and possibly 1 tsp sugar.
  16. Distribute rice and pork with eggplants over four plates..
