Grilled steak with fresh spring salad


In this fresh spring salad with grilled steak you will find many different flavors: sweet, sour, spicy and a little bitterness.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in 2 frying pans and fry the potatoes over medium heat for 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
  2. Change regularly. If necessary, season with salt.
  3. Meanwhile, drain the silver onion. Clean the apples. Cut the unpeeled apples into quarters, remove the cores and cut the flesh into thin segments.
  4. Cut the radish into segments.
  5. Mix the silver onions, apple, radish, endive and salad dressing together.
  6. Brush the steak thinly with the rest of the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the steak in 6 min. Rosé. Turn halfway.
  8. Place the steak on a plate, cover with aluminum foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the steak with the salad and potatoes.
