Dutch pea soup with beef smoke sausage

Directions

  1. Sieve the broth over a pan, keep the meat.
  2. Dilute the broth with water according to the instructions on the pot. Add the garden peas, bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes. Puree with the hand blender.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes. Cut the smoked sausage into slices and finely chop the parsley.
  4. Add the potato to the soup together with the soup vegetable. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  5. Add the beef from the broth and the smoked sausage for the last 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the parsley through the soup. Serve in deep plates or bowls. Bon appétit! .
