Broccoli with steak and onion

Remove the seeds from the pepper and finely chop them.

Squeeze the garlic over a deep plate.

Grate the piece of ginger above and mix in the red pepper.

Add some salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir in the cornstarch.

Cut the steaks transversely to the wire into wafer-thin slices and scoop them through the garlic mixture.

Let the steak stand for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the broccoli florets in a pan with plenty of boiling water with a little salt in 2-3 minutes.

Allow the wok to get hot and pour in the oil.

Heat the oil until light steam comes off.

Spoon the slices of steak through the hot oil and fry them in a high heat for 2 minutes.

Put them on a plate.

Peel and cut the onion into thin parts.

Press a half orange.

Spoon the onion tarts through the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Spoon the broccoli with the orange juice and the wok sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Spoon the steak through and warm the dish for a while.

Serve with rice.
