Spareribs with baked potato
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes, celery, apple, oakleaf lamella (100 g), honey-mustard dressing (bottle a 270 ml), sour cream (125 ml), fresh chives (a 25 g) and grilled spareribs ( about 480 g).

Clean potatoes and prick them with a fork.

On the plate in a microwave (700 watt) potatoes are almost done in about 10-12 minutes.

Place the potatoes in a kitchen towel and let them cook for 10 minutes.

Clean celery and finely chop.

Peel apple, cut into cubes.

Mix lettuce with celery, apple and dressing.

Chop the chives and mix with sour cream.

Season with salt and pepper.

Heat microwave spareribs according to the instructions for use.

Fill potatoes with cream mixture.
