Indonesian minced meat sticks with cucumber topping
A delicious indonesian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: Garden Gourmet minced, bread, lemons and onion.
In minced food with bread, satay spices and mashed marinade, puree mixture. Spread the mixture into 8 equal pieces and roll out each piece into a long thin sausage.
Roll lengthwise on soaked skewers. Sticks, covered, store in refrigerator until use.
Halve cucumber in half lengthwise and scrape out seeds with teaspoon. Chop cucumber very finely, sprinkle with salt and let drain for at least 15 minutes in colander.
Clean the lemon and squeeze the fruit. Beat in a bowl (per 4 persons) 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, the rest of the soy sauce, oil, sambal and salt to taste.
Dip cucumber with kitchen paper and season with sautéed spring onions. Topping, until use, covered, in a refrigerator.
Stick sticks with residual oil and grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each grill topper. Stick on sticks and create cucumber topping. Tasty with cassava crackers.
